3-room apartment 65 m2 on 4th floor: living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed and TV. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen in the entrance (4 hotplates, oven, freezer). Bath/shower/WC. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Please note: TV only FR. The two bedrooms are separated from each other by a sliding door. You have to go through one to reach the other. Beds made up on arrival and towels available.

Paris 4ème: Old apartment house, 4 storeys, in the district of Marais. Linen change weekly. Room cleaning weekly on request: (extra). Public car park at 300 m. Shop, supermarket, restaurant, café 30 m, underground station "St Paul / Hotel de Ville" 200 m. Please note: the building does not have a lift. "Baudoyer" pay and display car park.
