3-room apartment 110 m2 on 5th floor, fully renovated in 2009, comfortable and nice furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed (140 cm), TV, flat screen TV, CD-player, stereo unit and DVD. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchen (4 hotplates, dishwasher, micro wave) with dining table. Bath-room, shower, sep. WC. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Internet (DSL/LAN). Please note: apartment courtyard side, telephone for incoming calls only, Non smokers only. Please note: bunk beds consist of a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top (for children older than 6 years).
