Inside descriptive of the vacation rental
Lanmodez 3 km from Pleubian: house, outside the resort, 40 m from the sea. Grocers 1.5 km. Garden is not enclosed, 2500 m2, partly with lawn, opening on to a small path used by another resident. Lovely view of the sea and the island of Brehat. House is in a nice position with the end of the garden having direct access to a sandy and shingle beach and continues to a fine sandy beach. Grounds separated from the owners by some wooden panels, guaranteeing privacy.
