For shared use: garden, table tennis, barbecue. In the house: central heating, washing machine (for shared use). Parking by the house. Shop, grocers 300 m. Sandy beach, rocky beach 300 m, tennis 1 km, golf course 2 km, riding stables 3 km. Note: The house is adjoined to the owner's house. Sailing school, surfing, fishing 1 km. Supervised beach.
