2-room apartment 32 m2, on the ground floor: living/dining room with 2 beds and DVD. 1 small room with 1 double bed. Kitchenette (2 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, deep freezer). Bath-room, sep. WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Terrace 6 m2. Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Small TV. The apartment is in the "Paesolu I" area. Electric heating is extra, according to use, from 30 Oct to 30 April.

The complex "Terra Bella" is a large group of small 2-storey buildings, divided into areas, on the outskirts, 1.5 km from the centre. For shared use: swimming pool (15 x 7 m, depth 100 - 300 cm, 01.05.-30.09.), tennis (extra). Parking. Grocers 300 m, restaurant 1.5 km. Sandy beach 1.5 km, golf course 3 km. Please note: car essential. Shared: 2nd small swimming pool (13 x 6 m) depth 150-300 cm.
