For shared use: swimming pool (15 x 7 m, depth 100 - 300 cm, 01.05.-30.09.), tennis (extra). Parking. Grocers 300 m, restaurant 1.5 km. Sandy beach 1.5 km, golf course 3 km. Please note: car essential. Shared: 2nd small swimming pool (13 x 6 m) depth 150-300 cm.
