Reserved parking, fenced (3 cars). Access to the house via 2 steps. Please note: all the bedrooms on the 1st floor have a separate entrance, by are linked with the next bedroom. Heating extra from 1 Nov to 30 Apr, to be paid locally by comsuption. Breakage deposit Euros 400.
