Annex: 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, shower/WC. 1 room with double bed, wash hand basin. 1 room with double bed (160 cm), wash hand basin. The 3 bedrooms are interconnected, however have a separate exterior entrance. Utility room freezer, washing machine. Electric heating. Furnished south-facing terrace reached via 4 steps, 50 m2. Partially covered west-facing terrace, 33 m2, with garden barbeque. South-facing terrace, 12 m2, with summerhouse. North-facing terrace, 8 m2. Wood available. Deposit: 300 EUR.

Private: park 5000 m2 (fenced), trees, orchard, swimming pool with built-in steps (4 x 10 m, depth 80 - 250 cm, 01.04.-31.10.). Parking by the house. Shop, restaurant 500 m. Sandy beach 22 km.
