Description of this holiday rental
Tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished in a bright and uncluttered style to provide spacious accommodation. The large open plan living room, with french windows opening onto the terrace, has a sitting area around the open fireplace, TV and HiFi dining table and chairs and modern, well equipped kitchen area, behind a bar, with electric wall oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge,  large freezer, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle and cafetiere. Also on the ground floor is a laundry room with washing machine, separate wc and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and french windows onto the terrace. WiFi internet connection. Upstairs is a large landing providing a second sitting area, with sofa, TV and DVD and there are four further bedrooms, a single, two twins (one with extra bed) and a double, a bathroom and separate wc. Cellar with table tennis and a second fridge and garage. Cot and highchair provided. Bed linen available at extra cost payable locally.

Quiet wooded surroundings with a short walk to the beach Position: Just 50 yards along a woodland path to a sheltered creek on the Aven estuary, where you could launch and keep a small boat and slightly further to the sandy beach of Port Manech, with its sailing school at the mouth of this very pretty estuary. About 500 yards to the harbour, local shops, restaurants and tennis courts. Three miles from Nevez for all your shopping needs and restaurants. Five miles to the pretty artists town of Pont Aven. Quietly situated in an exclusive residential area amongst woods and backing on to fields, the house stands in a very atttactive garden well stocked with flowers and shrubs and with a lawn sloping down to a small wood at the bottom. Open at one side to the garden of Le Penty next door. There is a big stone paved terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
