Located on the famous Boulevard de la Croisette in Cannes, Agence des Résidences ? Grand Hôtel offers a garden, bar and direct access to the beach. Palais des Festivals is just 600 metres away.

All accommodation is air-conditioned and features a private terrace with views of the sea, a flat-screen TV, washing machine and private bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher and coffee machine.

A supermarket is ideally located 150 metres away and the Gambetta Local Market is only 200 metres from the property. The Old Port is 850 metres away and Rue D'Antibes is a 5-minute walk away.

In case of late arrival or during week-end, please contact the property to set an appointment (a EUR 50 mandatory fee will be charged after 19:00 and at the week-end).

The reception is open from 08:00 to 20:00.

Please note that a minimum EUR 750 (depending on size of accommodation) damage deposit will be request upon arrival. This may be used for any damages incurred during your stay.
