At Home Hotel Nice Apartments are situated in various locations in the heart of the old town, all near popular places such as the Promenade des Anglais, the Cours Saleya with its numerous restaurants and daily market, the large beaches and the museums of Nice.

Each accommodation features contemporary decor, high quality furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a living area, an equipped private bathroom with bath or shower, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. The apartments with two or more rooms have separate bedrooms with large beds.

Some of the apartments are not serviced by a lift. All are equipped with a TV, a CD and/or DVD player and free Wi-Fi. Ironing facilities are also provided. Public parking is available close by at a surcharge.

Please note the apartments are not in a residence but have various locations in the heart of Nice. Some apartments are not serviced by a lift and are accessed by stairs.

After booking you will receive by email precise information about the apartment you will get: exact address, additional photos and important information regarding your arrival as applicable.

Please note that the following end-of-stay cleaning fees are not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Cleaning products are kindly provided.
EUR 52 for the studios and 1-bedroom apartments
EUR 78 for the 2-bedroom apartments
EUR 104 for the 3-bedroom apartments.

A security deposit of EUR 300 for a studio, EUR 500 for a 1-bedroom apartment and EUR 800 for a 2-bedroom apartment is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is made by a pre-authorisation on your card. Cheques and cash are not accepted for the security deposit. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

If you plan to arrive after 18:00, please contact the hotel directly for instructions regarding late check-in procedure.
Please note that if you arrive between 18:00 and 20:00, a EUR 40 fee will be charged as late check-in

A EUR 500 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at the time of check-out after an apartment inventory has been checked. A EUR 300 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at the time of check-out after a studio inventory has been checked.
