The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven or microwave and coffee machine, while an LCD TV is available in the seating area. BBQ facilities are at your disposal in the garden and restaurants can be found in Giens and La Capte Port, which is 3 km away.

Windsurfing and kiteboarding can be done in Almanarre, which is a 10-minute drive away and cruises towards the Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Levant Islands leave daily from Giens Port or Hyères Port.

One free parking place is available for each studio and Hyères town centre and Train Station are 7 km from Au Grand Sud. The Airport is ideally located 3 km away and there is a bus stop just 100 metres from the property.

Please note that a EUR 250 refundable damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the studio during your stay.

Bed linen and bath towels are not provided and can be rented at the property.

A baby kit including a baby bed and a high chair is available upon request and costs EUR 12.
