I was impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom, everything was shiny. The floor was hard wearing and smart looking with black lines. The air conditioning was nice and felt the benefit of it once coming in from outside when it was hot. It was good they didn't take my money until I checked out.

I found it difficult to understand the staff and vice versa as I am English. The room swipe cards where they were could easily have been taken by anyone and that person could have stolen something from someone else's room. The swipe card to my room failed to unlock the door and had to let someone know. When I was locking my door, I always had to pull it so it latched and don't know if all the rooms were like that. If someone had chosen the stairs instead of the lift, it was in darkness and anyone could fall down them injuring themself.

Every morning I was given a croissant, bread and a French stick and I only had the croissant. It's likely the rest were thrown out which is a waste. They should ask you what you want first and then give it to you. I unplugged the TV when I wasn't using it to save electricity and minimise the risk of fire as they say it uses 80% of the electricity when it is on standby. I noticed there wasn't a radio when I understood all rooms had a radio. Luckily, I didn't need one and would have asked if I required one.
