Beaune chateau de challanges Hotel : Beaune Hotel

Château de Challanges is a renovated 19th century country house set in 7 hectares of forest. It offers an outdoor swimming pool, just 2 minutes from the A6 leading to the south of France.

The guest rooms and suites at Château de Challanges are elegant in style and offer high ceilings. Some have a private balcony and some are decorated in an original style according to their historical name.

Breakfast is served in the bright breakfast room or on the terrace overlooking the grounds. Guests may have a drink in the bar or go wine tasting with a specialist in Bourgogne wines, in the vaulted cellar.

Additional facilities include bicycle rental and Beaune is a 15-minute ride away. The chateau also has a conference room with a stucco ceiling, free Wi-Fi access and private parking on site.

The meeting room can accommodate up to 15 people and features high speed Internet access, paper board, screen, overhead projector, coffee breaks and delicatessen meal.

The hotel also features a petanque alley and will happily provide a set of balls (deposit required).

For every minimum stay of 3 nights with arrival on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday untill 30 November 2008, the hotel offers their guests a visit and degustation in the Chateau.

From Paris: stay on the motorway at the first exit (24 Beaune-St Nicolas) and instead take exit 24.1 (Beaune-Hospices-Centre). Go right at the roundabout towards Challanges. Continue straight at the traffic lights, then take the second turn on the right. Pass over the motorway. In the village, take the first right, then turn right again.

Please note that for all group reservations, the hotel reserves the right to pre-charge the entire booking. Confirmation will be sent via email to the customer upon receipt of the reservation.

Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:00 at an additional cost.

The hotel does not have a lift or porter.

Pets are accepted in the Deluxe Double Room at a supplement.

  Suites with a living room with a flat-screen TV, minibar and ironing facilities. The bathroom provides a hairdryer, a spa bath and chromotherapy.
  
  
• Double Room - Annex
  2 people max.
  This room has a south-facing terrace with a view over the swimming pool. The rooms on the first floor have exposed wooden beams, parquet floors and stone is used in the bathrooms. The rooms on the ground floor have Mediterranean decor and Chassagne stone flooring.
  
  
• Single Room
  1 people max.
  This attic room has a private bathroom with a shower or bathtub and there is a hairdryer. The room features a flat-screen TV.
  
  
• Triple Room - Annex
  3 people max.
  This spacious room is located in the park pavilion. It is equipped with a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and a south-facing terrace overlooking the pool.
  
  
• Double Round House
  2 people max.
  This room is situated in a round house in the park by the pool. It has a terrace and a private bathroom.
  
  
• Quadruple Round House
  4 people max.
  A breakfast hamper is included in the price of the room.
  
  
• Small Double Room
  2 people max.
  Set on the second floor, this room has a private bathroom with a shower or bathtub and a hairdryer. It is equipped with a flat-screen TV. The room is not serviced by a lift. Animals are not accepted in this room.
