As you are in the Avenue de Friedland, go down during around 10 minutes till the end of this avenue, when the Boulevard Haussmann start. There, you should go on the left in front of the chemistry/pharmacy, you'll arrive in the Faubourg Saint Honoré street, the hotel Etoile Saint Honoré is just on the right, number 214.
