This property is located 100 metres from the Cannes Old Port and the Palais des Festivals. Some apartments have a 180 degrees sea-view and it offers free Wi-Fi.

Each air-conditioned apartment at the Cannes Festival Residence is designed in unique décor. It offers satellite channel on a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a fully equipped kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities and dishwasher and a living room.

The Festival Residence is located close to the beach and La Croisette, with its famous brand shops. Guests can also enjoy the typical restaurants and bars and the small streets of the old town.

There is a direct bus to and from Nice airport every 30 minutes, 200 metres from the apartments and it is 400 metres from Cannes SNCF train station.
