Villa "Cassou" is located 1.5 km from the centre of de la Croix-Valmer, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, 1.5 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, south-east facing position.

The accommodation has private grounds of 2'800 m2, swimming pool angular, with privacy, fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 250 - 170 cm, 01.06.-30.09.) and with built-in steps.

Your room can be cleaned on request (extra paid). It is possible to park your car in the grounds in an individual garage.
