This villa is located in Le Cannet, 4 km from Cannes and the sandy beaches of the French Riviera. It features an outdoor swimming pool, BBQ facilities and a wide garden equipped with garden furniture.

With a large terrace, Le Mas des Chevaliers includes a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave and hotplates. A satellite TV, CD and DVD player are provided in the living room, which also has a dining area and a panoramic window.

The washing machine and ironing facilities are provided and a swing is at children's disposal in the garden. A wide range of bars, shops and restaurants are available 2 km from the villa.

Three bikes are provided, free private parking is possible on site and cars is strongly recommended. A tennis court is 2 km away and Cannes Festival Palace and the Train Station is 4 km from Le Mas des Chevaliers.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

Please note that a EUR 1000 deposit is due upon arrival. It will be refunded upon departure after inventory has been verified.

Bed and bath linen are included in the rental price.
