The house is enclosed, with a pin coded gate. To be paid locally: water, according to use ,in excess of the 20m3 per week which is already included in the rental price.

The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages.
- Please note that the water fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure.
