This single-family house is located on a slope, in the residential district, 1.6 km from the sea. For private use there is a garden of 1'700 m2 (not fenced) and an outside shower.

In the house you will find facilities like a flat screen TV, electric heating, dishwasher, washing machine and a hair dryer. The covered terrace of 40 m2, with terrace furniture, barbecue and deck chairs, has view of the sea and the countryside. There is reserved parking space for 3 cars and you are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you.

Within 2.5 km you can find several shops, restaurants, a tennis court and a supermarket. Riding stables is in 3 km and there is a golf course 10 km away from the accommodation. Please note that having a car is essential.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.

The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
