The living/dining room has an open fireplace, TV, radio, CD-player, stereo unit and DVD. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. 1 room with 1 double bed, shower/WC. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer). Bath-room, bath/shower are separate from the WC.

Electric heating. Facilities: washing machine, cot for up to 3 year olds. Reserved parking (fenced).

Please note: 4th bedroom is separate from the other rooms in the house.

The property is outside the resort, 6 km from the centre of Grimaud, 2 km from the sea. Private: garden 1'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 100 - 240 cm, 01.05.-30.09.). Shop 2 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 3 km, sandy beach 2 km. Golf course 4 km.
