Located on a quiet street, a 2-minute walk from the city centre of Biarritz, the Hotel Saint Julien is a 19th-century family residence.

Cosy spaces with high ceiling and pieces of Indian furniture, designer lamps in public spaces and the rooms, and the well-preserved charm of a private property make the Saint Julien a cosy base for your holiday in Biarritz.

All the rooms are en suite. They present comfortable and sober interior design. Some of the rooms offer lovely views overlooking the ocean and Pyrenees Mountains.

The hotel offers free private parking for guests available in the space around the garden.

The Hotel Saint Julien offers a range of hot and cold beverages as well as good wines that you can enjoy in the small and cosy living room area.

Please note that the hotel has no lift.

By leaving the coastal area, you'll find the villages of the countryside: Sare, Ascain, Aïnhoa, Espelette....You will see there some beautiful houses standing for the historical significance of houses to the Basque people.
Touristic sites
- the Thune mount (accessible by a hiking path or by a little touristic train).
- the Sare caves (lightened up by very modern lighting techniques).
- the pine forest with monkeys in Labenne will please children (and parents too !).
In the neighbouring city, Bayonne, you can wander under the archways (hosting magnificent shops with wooden facades) or the bank of the river Nive. You will also see there remarkable buildings, among which the Sainte-Marie cathedral and its closter. Eventually, you can visit 2 museums - opened throughout the year : that of the Basque history and that of Léon Bonnat).
Further on the coastline, you will come accross the city of Saint-Jean-de-Luz (nice protected bay and shopping streets), and Hendaye and its beach. You are now at the Spanish border. Don't hesitate and go further on until the large city of San Sebastian (50km away from Biarriz), a party-oriented city which embraces one of Europe's most beautiful bay.

Located 2.5 km away from the railway station and 3 km from the Biarritz Parme airport.

The breakfast is served daily and based on fresh and excellent produce. A Basque breakfast with cheeses, cherry jam and dried ham is available upon request and at an additional cost.
In the summertime, you can have your breakfast on the lovely terrace.

If the length of stay is shortened, 100 % of the daily rate will be payable for each night cancelled.

The reception is open every day from 08:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 22:00.
