The inn is expanding, yet still retains its pleasantly outdated style of decorative copper, wood and brass. Nestling betwwen land and sea, this olden Picard farmhouse could not be more bucolic, yet it has surprises in store. At mealtime, a youthful breeze comes along and shakes tradition and convention. The North, represented by ever so fresh natural products, turns into recipes that are both appropriate and impertinent. His imagination in perpetual motion, Alexandre Gauthier, a Chef with innate talent, applies his technique with formidable accuracy to elicit the land's true flavours. And he serves them up in an ensemble of textures that are amazingly delectable.
