Ideally situated on a calm pedestrian street in the center of Cannes, the three-star hotel La Villa Tosca is pleased to welcome you in any of its recently renovated 22 rooms.
Our hotel is situated at "Rue Hoche". This pedestrian street, has no access to vehicles.
In order for you to register and leave your luggage at your arrival. There, you will have an information board that advises you to ring the bell and tell the hotel name where you’re staying in.

You will be seduced by its charming atmosphere as exemplified by the elegant and comfortable main lounge, perfect for relaxing.

The refined and contemporary design of our rooms offers a calm and comfortable environment.

For your comfort, all our rooms have air conditioning, mini-bar, safe, satellite TV with Canal+, telephone and internet connection (Wi-Fi access possible). The contemporary design bathrooms are all equipped with hair dryers.

Certain rooms have sunny balconies.

Motorway access :
- Coming from Marseille, Aix en Provence, or Italy, take the A8, exit 42 "Cannes Centre".
- Take the Boulevard Carnot, following the signs for the train station "Gare S.N.C.F".

From the motorway, the access to the hotel is quick and easy.
Two public parking lots are located near the hotel (please check the opposite map).

Access by train :
Cannes is 5 hours from Paris by TGV train.
