Les Hauts de Preclaux is located in the heart of Les Orres 1800 ski station, in the Hautes-Alpes. The property offers self-catering apartments and a shared sauna and heated pool, where guests of Les Hauts de Preclaux can relax.

Each of the apartments have a balcony, an equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. Some apartments have ski-to-door access.

For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen and towels are not included in the price.

Beds are not made upon arrival. Guests are required to make their own.

The city tax is applicable for persons of 13 years and older.

Please note that the following end-of-stay cleaning fees are not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fees or clean the accommodation yourself :

- Apartment (6 Adults): EUR 75
- Apartment (8 Adults): EUR 90
- Duplex (10 Adults): EUR 110

Please note that a EUR 400 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay.

Bed linen and towels are not included. Rental is available at the following fees:

Access to the spa is charged EUR 3 per person per hour.

TV is not included and is available for EUR 7 per night or EUR 35 per week. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
