Description
Pierre & Vacances Résidence de l'Estran is set 100 metres from the sea and 5 km from the centre of Sables-d'Olonne. It offers an outdoor swimming pool and contemporary apartments with a balcony or terrace.
The apartments at Résidence de l'Estran also feature a TV with international channels and an en suite bathroom. The kitchen area is fully equipped with hotplates, a microwave and a coffee maker.
A bakery service is available every morning at the residence and breakfast is offered in the dining room. Additional facilities include a kid's club in July and August, a children's playground and table tennis.
You may also choose to visit Sables-d'Olonne Zoo, which is just 2 km from the property. Private parking is provided on site at an extra cost and the A87 motorway is 35 km away. |

Please note that a EUR 200 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival to be paid by cheque or credit card. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay.
For stays from 2 to 6 nights, the price includes TV and end-of-stay cleaning (except the kitchen and the dishes). Check-in from 14:00 and check-out until 17:00 (subject to availability otherwise 12:00).
For stay from 7 nights and more, TV is included in the price.
The reception is open 24/7 from 12 April 2013 until 3 November 2013.
A baby kit for children under the age of 2 and weighing less than 15 kg is available at an extra cost. It includes a baby cot and a high chair.

Baked goods can be delivered to your apartment by placing an order with reception the evening before. A bakery menu is available in the apartment and at reception. This service is at an additional cost.  |
