The Residence is located in the heart of Arcachon 5 minutes away from the Thalassotherapy Center and park Mauresque that we visit all year long and 300 m from the major beaches of the city.
The street, home to the Aquarium leads on the pedestrian Avenue of Arcachon and all its small shops : food, bakery, newspapers, restaurants, minimarket ... In the same area you will find the Library, the City Council, the Tourist Office and the post.
Lined with sandy beaches and forest areas, Arcachon is easily accessible. In less than an hour from Bordeaux and 45 minutes International Airport Bordeaux-Merignac.
Studios and Apartments are available for weekly stays with arrival and departure on Saturday.

Cancellation Terms
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, 7.5 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 0.75 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.
Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
Parking: Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible).
Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
