Description
The residence is located 100 metres from the city centre of Quiberon in Brittany and provides an outdoor swimming pool and studios surrounded by greenery and flowers. The beach is just 300 metres away.
Each studio includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, hotplates and a coffee maker. They also have an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. You can borrow board games for free.
Breakfast and other meals can be delivered directly to your studio upon demand. Baked goods can be delivered to your apartment by placing an order with reception the evening before. A bakery menu is available in the apartment and at reception. This service is at an additional cost.

Information
Apartment rates include flat-screen TV. For minimum stays of 2 to 6 nights, the apartment rates include made beds upon arrival, bathroom linen and an end-of-stay cleaning service.
Check-in is possible from 11:00 and check-out service is until 18:00.
Guests can also choose the Baby Kit that can be requested online before arrival. It will provide the apartment with a folding baby cot with 1 sheet and a highchair. |

? From Paris: Take the A11 motorway (?L'Océane?) in the direction of Nantes. At Le Mans take the A81 as far as Rennes and then head towards Lorient on the RN24. At Ploërmel head in the direction of Vannes / Auray / Quiberon via RN166.
? When you arrive in Quiberon, turn at the 3rd roundabout. The residence is 300 m from the roundabout.

Please note that a EUR 200 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the apartment during your stay and should be payed by cheque or credit card.
For stays from 2 to 6 nights, the price includes TV and end-of-stay cleaning (except the kitchen and the dishes). Check in from 14:00 and Check out until 17:00 (subject to availability otherwise 12.00).
For stay from 7 nights and more, TV is included in the price.
The heated outdoor pool is open from mid-April to mid-September.
A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg can be requested at an extra charge, subject to availability. The kit includes: 1 cot with 1 bed sheet and 1 high chair for infants from 6 months old.
