Description
The Maeva La Baie residence is located in La Baule-Escoublac, on the western coast of France. It offers apartments with a balcony, just 60 metres from the beach.
The Résidence Maeva La Baie provides apartments featuring a kitchenette fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. Each apartment has a private bathroom.
Baked goods can be delivered to your apartment by placing an order with reception the evening before. A bakery menu is available in the apartment and at reception. This service is at an additional cost.
There is a spa close to the residence as well as many shops. Guests can also play table tennis or billiards. Le Pouliguen harbour is only 450 metres away. |
Information
Apartment rates include flat-screen TV. For minimum stays of 2 to 6 nights, the apartment rates include made beds upon arrival, bathroom linen and an end-of-stay cleaning service.
Check-in is possible from 11:00 and check-out service is until 18:00.
Guests can also choose the Baby Kit that can be requested online before arrival. It will provide the apartment with a folding baby cot with 1 sheet and a highchair. |

? From Paris: A11 motorway towards Nantes, then RN 165 towards Saint Nazaire and continue on RN171, to La Baule Centre.
? In the town centre, drive down Avenue du Général de Gaulle (shopping avenue), keeping right follow the seafront (sea to your left). After the casino, continue along the road turning away from the seafront towards Le Pouliguen (Avenue Heurteau, then Avenue des Lilas).

Please note that a EUR 200 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the apartment during your stay and should be payed by cheque or credit card.
If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance.
For stays from 2 to 6 nights, the price includes TV and end-of-stay cleaning (except the kitchen and the dishes). Check in from 14:00 and Check out until 17:00 (subject to availability otherwise 12.00).
For stay from 7 nights and more, TV is included in the price.
A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, can be requested at an extra charge, subject to availability. The kit includes: 1 cot with 1 bed sheet and 1 high chair for infants from 6 months old.
