Set near the Golf de Pornic and 900 metres from the Pornic-Ouest shopping centre, the residence is one kilometre from the Noëveillard beach and marina.

Résidence Maeva Le Hameau Du Golf is made up of 2 small apartment buildings and twin houses. The apartment building each has 3 floors served by a lift; the twin houses present stylish architecture features harmoniously at one with the picturesque countryside environment.

The residence has a private swimming pool, a completely enclosed area and a children's playground. You can also borrow board games for free.

Apartment rates include flat-screen TV. For minimum stays of 2 to 6 nights, the apartment rates include made beds upon arrival, bathroom linen and an end-of-stay cleaning service.

Check-in is possible from 11:00 and check?out service is until 18:00.

A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.

For stays from 2 to 6 nights, the price includes TV and end-of-stay cleaning (except the kitchen and the dishes). Check-in from 14:00 and Check-out until 17:00 (subject to availability otherwise 12.00).

For week stays (7 nights minimum): beds can be made upon arrival at an extra cost and TV is included in the price.

A linen pack with 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel can be provided at an extra cost. An end-of-stay cleaning fee (except the kitchen area and dishes) is not included in the price.

A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available in the apartment. The kit includes: 1 cot with 1 bed sheet and 1 high chair for infants from 6 months old. This is at an extra charge and subject to availability.
