This standing residence is composed of 100 fully equipped studios and apartments, all fitted with kitchenette, terrace, television, direct dial phone and Wi-Fi Internet access.

Many leisure and outdoor activities are available, with children's playground, tennis or outdoor swimming pool.

Prices include:

Short Stays: Beds made on arrival, 2 sets of towels and final cleaning (except kitchen area and dishes)

Stays of 7 nights and more: Beds made on arrival and 2 sets of towels.

Rates do not include: - Local city tax and final cleaning for stays of 7 nights or more

Please note that a EUR 200 is required on arrival and will be returned upon departure, after inventory.
