Résidence Maeva Le Boucanier is a luxury residence neighbouring the forest. It is located between the lake and the ocean, 300 metres from the beach and 100 metres from local shops.

It is made in the shape of two circular arches containing approximately 120 apartments on four levels, with lifts, overlooking the swimming pools and the lake. Board games are available to borrow for free.

Bread and pastries can be delivered every morning at an extra cost and reservation is needed at the reception.

This residence offers 2 unheated, outdoor pools. This is an exceptional setting and a prime location for walking, cycling and water sports.

Reception opening hours:
Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00
Sunday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 18:00
Closed on Wednesday afternoon and Sunday afternoon.

In July and August:
Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00
Sunday to Friday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 19:00
Closed on Wednesday afternoon.

Please note that a EUR 200 damages deposit by cheque or credit card will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay.

A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available in the apartment at an extra cost, subject to availability. The kit includes: 1 cot with 1 bed sheet and 1 high chair for infants from 6 months old.

For stays from 2 to 6 nights, the price includes TV and end-of-stay cleaning (except the kitchen and the dishes). Check in from 14:00 and Check out until 17:00 (subject to availability otherwise 12.00).

For stay from 7 nights and more, TV is included in the price.
