In Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, the resort of Saint Laurent du Var is situated between the sea and hills, halfway between Cannes and Monaco. This Typical Provencal town is lively year round and has many shops and restaurants.

The residence, totally renovated, enjoys an outstanding location in a quiet residential area opposite the marina, 100 m from the beach and 200 m from shops and also has a seasonal swimming pool and two tennis courts.

The fully equipped kitchens in each accommodation offers vitroceramic cooking hob, coffee machine and refrigerator. They all feature a seating area and private bathroom.

Bakery deliveries can be made in the morning upon reservation at reception the evening before.

Reception hours until 23/03/2013:
Sunday to Friday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00
Saturday: 08:00 to 20:00.

From 23/03/2013 until 16/11/2013:
Sunday to Friday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00
Saturday: 08:00 to 20:00.

Please note that a guarantee deposit of EUR 200 per apartment will be charged on the day of arrival and should be paid by cheque or credit card.

A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available in the apartment for EUR 40. The kit includes: 1 cot with 1 bed sheet, 1 high chair for infants from 6 months old, 1 changing mat and 1 pushchair. Subject to availability.

Please note the swimming pool is not heated and open from April to September.

For stays from 7 nights or more the price include TV, sheets, end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area and dishes), and taxes (except local tax).

For shorts stays from 2 to 6 nights the check in is possible from 14:00 pm and Check out until 17:00 (subject to availability otherwise 12.00).

Baked goods can be delivered to your apartment by placing an order with reception the evening before. A bakery menu is available in the apartment and at reception. This service is at an additional cost.
