Room rates include: 7 nights accommodation, bed linen, towels, 2 tea towels, a cleaning kit, TV, end-of-stay cleaning (except for kitchen area and washing up), all taxes and fees (excluding the tourist tax).

Guests staying longer than one week can renew their choice of services at the reception at the end of each week.

For stays from 7 nights or more the price include TV, sheets, end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area and dishes), and taxes (except local tax).

For shorts stays from 2 to 6 nights the check-in is possible from 14:00 and check-out until 17:00 (subject to availability otherwise 12:00).

The location of the accommodation can be reserved straight after booking by calling the property. Please note that location preferences are subject to availability and at an additional cost.

A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available in the apartment. The kit includes: 1 folding bed with 1 fitted sheet, 1 high chair for infants from 6 months old, 1 changing mat and 1 pushchair. It is at an extra charge and subject to availability.

Please note that a EUR 200 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the apartment during your stay and should be payed by cheque or credit card.
