This residence is situated between Geneva and Mont Blanc in heart of the Flaine resort in the Savoy region. Wi-Fi is available in this residence.

Each spacious and modern decorated apartment offers fully equipped kitchen, a seating area and a flat- screen TV. Some apartments have a balcony facing south, overlooking the mountains.

Monday to Thursday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00.
Friday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 23:00.
Saturday: 07:00 to 23:00.
Sunday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00.

From 06 July 2013 until 31 August 2013:
Sunday to Friday: 08:30 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00
Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Until 06 July 2013 room rates include:
Bed sheets, housekeeping on departure;
Cleaning (except the kitchen area and dishes), cleaning kit;
Weekly quantities of the following: dishwasher detergent (or washing up liquid), scouring cream, detergent, double-faced sponge, dishcloth.

Starting on 06 July 2013, room rates include: accommodation, bed linen, towels, a cleaning kit, TV, end-of-stay cleaning (except for kitchen area and washing up), all taxes and fees (excluding the tourist tax).

For stays between 2 and 6 nights, arrivals are possible from 14:00 and departures should be before 12:00 (according to availability, they may be possible until 17:00).

A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available at the property at an additional cost of EUR 40. The kit includes: 1 cot, 1 high chair, 1 stroller, 1 changing mat. Subject to availability.

A guarantee deposit of EUR 200 per apartment will be charged on the day of arrival and should be paid by cheque or credit card.
