 The village consists of cottage-style houses and apartments built in the Normandy style (wood decoration, wooden shutters, slate or tile roofs), spread over a 10-hectare estate. The interiors are comfortable and tastefully decorated. The houses are set around the central building, and the apartments are in 4 one-floor buildings in the Garden Club Hamlet area opposite the tennis courts.
For relaxation and leisure: the covered tropical Aquatic Park and its swimming pools (with whirlpools, jacuzzi and children's pool), sauna, hammam, tennis and children's playground.
The village is broken up into three areas:
The Garden Club: houses with terrace.
The Garden Club Hamlet: composed of apartments in 4 one-floor buildings the tennis courts, with a beautiful view on the normand bocage, and also large blaconees or loggias.
The Garden Club -Colombages-: the new houses are spread over 6 hamlets, each of them have got a garden and a beautiful terrace.

SPORT & LEISURE:
- A large choice of children's clubs adapted to each age group: Club baby (3 to 35 months), Club Mini (3 to 5 years), Clubs Kid's and Junior (6 to 8 and 9 to 12 years) and Club Teens and Fun(13 to 15 and 16 to 18 years).
- Environmental awareness-raising for children and young people in partnership with the WWF in children's club once a week.
- The teen meeting with the new -Le SpOt- concept. Open during French and German school holidays. Music, videos and activities. Exclusively for young people, geared towards their budget and expectations.
- A huge water sports complex, the "Aquaclub" with heated, covered and outdoor swimming pools, giant water slide, wave machines, jacuzzi and geysers.
- Free activities for adults during the day and evening events.
