The village comprises "cottage-style" and semi-detached houses, and apartments built in traditional Normandy style with wood cladding, wooden shutters and tile or slate roofs, grouped into 7 "quartiers" or areas.
- The Garden Club:
This area extends out behind the building which houses reception, the bar, restaurant, mini-market and pool complex. It is linked to this building by footpaths. It comprises "cottage-style" one storey houses in groups of 2 to 4, all with a terrace.
- The Garden Club's Hameau area:
Here you have apartments in 4 one-storey buildings. Each apartment has a large balcony (some are enclosed) giving an uninterrupted view over the Normandy countryside.
- The Cote Fleurie and Cote de Nacre, Pays d'Auge, Bessin and Bocage quarters.
