Set on the 4th floor, the studio features a flat-screen TV with cable channels, DVD player, CD player, sofa, wardrobe and a private bathroom. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, electric orange squeezer, and kettle. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience.

Grocery shops, restaurants and cafés are ideally located within walking distance and Gare du Nord is just a 25-minute walk away. Abbesses Metro Station allows direct access to Place de la Concorde and Madeleine Church.

A EUR 350 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the studio during your stay.
