Description
This chateau is located in a large park in Les Sorinières, a 20-minute drive from central Nantes. It offers an outdoor swimming pool and a restaurant.

From the A1 motorway (Paris-Angers) or from Vannes- Saint Nazaire

Caution, there is a traffic control area between Porte de Sautron et Porte de Chézine.
After Porte de Chéviré, follow "Bordeaux A 83 " direction, take the A83, before the Tool, take Exit No 1 "« La Roche-sur-Yon par Rd - Les Sorinières ». Drive for 3km and you will reach a round about, take the 1st on the right, enter in Viais. At the 2nd round about, turn on the right, cross the city of Viais and at 300m after Viais on the left, you will see l'Abbaye de Villeneuve.

After the tool, take exit No2 "« Les Sorinières ». At the stop, take direction "Les Sorinières", then drive under the motorway, direction Viais. Drive for 3 km and you will arrive at a round about, take the 1st on the right, enter in Viais, at the 2nd round about, take on the right, cross Viais, 300m after the exit Viais, on the left you will l'Abbaye de Villeneuve.
