Plouguiel 2 km from Treguier: Castle "Keralio", from the 15th century, renovated. The rental apartment is situated in the area of Renaissance du Chateau, with a separate entrance. The caretaker lives in a property above the barn all year round, in a part to the right of the square Tower, on the other side of the castle, with a separate entrance. The owner occasionally visits his property, situated in a part of the square Tower on the 1st floor. The ground floor is not part of the rental apartment and is partly vacant.

Outside the resort, 3 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach, in the countryside.
