Restaurants
The chef draws from a wealth of French and exotic produce to reinvent his dishes. He enhances the products of France's regions, such as oysters from the Bay of Cancale, lobster from Brittany and andouillette from Troyes, through the use of fine spices like saffron, star anise and cardamom. The cellar built up by the sommelier is particularly oriented towards the best vintages from the nearby Champagne region.
The restaurant is open every day from 12:00 to 14:00 and 19:00 to 21:30. In case of late arrival, a cold meal can be served in your room upon request. Breakfast can be served in your room at an additional cost. |
