Originally a seigniorial dwelling then an agricultural farm,the Auberge du Manet, three stars and top range hotel, is outstanding for its impressive architecture. The farm is located on the edge of the chevreuse Valley forest on a site dating back to the XIIIth century.
Magnificently restored, it is now a place where calm and user-friendliness prevail. Chimney fire in winter, terrace at the water's edge in summer, its warm and muffled atmosphere intentionnaly break with standardized hotels while offering a elaborated comfort. |
