The pool, The lobby, the rooms itself, the breakfast

Dirty rug in bedrom scratches in the porcelain in bathroom No working shover

We told you about the shover but nothing happened in three days. We asked for help when when we had taken a taxi but they dig not accept card. You helped us but with protest.
