they compensated me one night stay due to the alarm malfunction in the middle of the night. |
we were all woken up at 2:30am by the hotel alarm and had to go downstairs to find out that it was a malfunction. the alarm continued to go off all morning.
I am a coffee drinker and there was no easy access to coffee in the hotel. the bar was closed most of the day and the coffee machine in the lobby either did not work or did not have coffee available. I had to leave the hotel 2-3 times a day and go to a bar to buy a cup of coffee.
The breakfast was greatly overpriced. 20 Euros for a buffet breakfast is double the price that my employer would reimburse me for breakfast and i was forced to leave the hotel to find an affordable meal or else i would have had to pay out of pocket.
You advertised a sauna and fitness room but the sauna was not working and the fitness room was very mediocre.

je viens depuis plusieurs annees et je regrette les mesures d economie. Les accessoires par ex de toilette ne sont plus a disposition il faut les demander je trouve un peu mesquin cette nouvelle polique |
