THE STAFF WERE NICE AND HELPFUL. THE BED WERE NICE. |
THE WAS ALOT OF WATER COMING FROM THE ROOF ABOVE THE BATHROOM IN THE NIGHT AND I INFORMED RECEPTIONIST WHO CAME TO PUT ALOT OF TOWELS ON THE FLOOR AND IT WAS DIFFICULT TO GO THERE BECAUSE WE WERE GETTING WET. WE WERE WOKEN UP WITH A PHONE CALL AROUND 5.30AM TO DISCUSS THE CHANGE OF ROOM AND THE ROOM THAT WAS GIVEN TO US WAS VERY COLD COMPARE TO THE PREVIOUS ROOM WHICH I TOLD THEM. AND I HAVE TO CLEAN THE BATHROOM BECAUSE IT WAS NOT CLEANED AND I DO NOT WANT TO BOTHER ANYONE. |
| I WILL STILL STAY AT YOUR HOTEL WHEN I COME THE NEXT TIME AND I HOPE EVERYTHING WILL BE FINE BY THEN. THANK YOU FOR HAVING ME AND PLEASE TELL THEM THEY SHOULD KEEP MY BIBLE WHICH I LEFT THERE I WILL COME FOR IT NEXT MONTH. |

Le rapport qualité/prix tout à fait correct. La proximité du métro. |
Très mal isolé, à tel point que le ronfleur de la chambre d'à côté à vraiment perturbé mon sommeil ! |

| well i have stayed before in this hotel and it was great. i came back in the some hotel and we had a problem with leaking water. They should have to relocate us in the same day that they found out the problem. However the guy came at 6am to check the room and then we move to the one next dooor. He was making loads of noise with opening and closing the door... then my sister was in the next room they had a problem with all the dirty water from the flush was coming back in theirs toilet and nobody took any consideration.

It was close enough to the Eiffel and the metro. It was good value for money and the staff were real nice |

l'aspect plus "rustique" que les photos du site laissaient imaginer...
la très faible isolation acoustique entre les chambres ! |
