En cours de changement, cela se précise à la réservation. |
| 2 nuits, une sans chauffage, l'autre avec changement de chambre car le chauffage ne marchait toujours pas!
Merci au personnel présent le second soir, qui a fait ce qu'il pouvait. |

L'excellente prestation du jeune homme de la Réception qui s'est efforcé de nous fournir les nombreux équipements manquants dans l'appartement.

Le manque d'équipement de l'appartement (une seule chaise, une seule lampe de chevet, une seule fourchette ! une vaisselle minimale, etc.) |
| Bien placée, avec un prix correct, cette résidence serait à recommander après un petit effort pour l'équiper correctement (ce qui ne me paraît pas très coûteux). |

I very much liked the split-up of location of room facilities. Separate WC room, separate room with bath and sink, and kitchen corridor. This made it very easy for traveling companions to go about their tasks without blocking each other with the "bathroom bottleneck" seen in many other hotels where the WC, bath/shower, and sink are all in the same room.
Availability of cutlery, cookware, dishes, bowls, and glasses was very useful for serving our own meals.
Option for underground parking was much appreciated, considering the difficult availability of on-the-street parking in the hotel's area of the city.
Number of power outlets was good and sufficient for charging our many electronic devices. |
The paid Wi-fi internet access seemed slow much of the time.
We were able to get faster wi-fi access for free by finding a local cafe that offered that. |

I really appreciated that I could borrow a hair dryer from reception. The reception team was always very helpful, especially when we asked for a different apartment because in the first one the bathroom smelled really bad and one of the window panes was broken, |
We were not sure about the cleaning arrangement of our apartment and the waste disposal. I thought I had booked 'hotel service' with someone checking our room daily and taking away any kitchen waste. But it only happened once in our 7 nights stay. When you offer a kitchenette people just have more waste than in a normal hotel room. |
