Lack of stock at the bar. One tea bag per day for TWO guests. Only one lift operating on arrival subsequently used the stairs all the time. Lack of imagination at breakfast bar. Aircon was set up for winter therefore lowest temperature possible was 23C, not much good when the outside air temperature was 28C. |
