I was advised to arrive at 14.00, arriving at 14.30 to be told that the room was not ready. No help with luggage, the impression being that the person on duty was more concerned with having to break off his telephone call than look after clients. Disappointing! On he contrary I enjoyed the breakfast and was impressed with the kitchen staff-most helpful and friendly. |

L'accueil, le disponibilité du receptionniste pour tout information même hors de l'hotel |
Les toilettes. La propreté de la baignoire ainsi que la pression de l'eau. |
| Agreable week end passé au sein de cet hotel avec mon amie. Même si quelques points sont à revoir, cet hotel est a hauteur pour passer un bon sejour au centre de Paris. |
