questo hotel era segnalato molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. Non è proprio così. Occorre sempre un taxi per raggiungerlo. |

the room looks like shown in website although i did imagine it to be better. it's clean. |
Staffs are somewhat unhelpful. they did answer the question in a way that they want me to leave them alone. Not all of them however. |
| Staff helpfulness really improves customer satisfaction since it can turn angry customers into happy ones.
this hotel may need this. |
