The size and layout of the room--my husband loved the bathroom! |
I wanted to use a curling iron but there was no outlet I could use in the bathroom and no mirror anywhere else.
The wireless internet did not work while we were there.
The room was horribly dark. We both would have liked more light so we could read.

The room was excellent. It was very aesthetic and comfortable. It exceeded our expectations. The computer access was wonderful(a conference all day) but unavailable when we needed it due to the volcano. |
Apparently, the remote did not work and was not repaired as promised. Also, the construction noise and concerns was a distraction. |
| A few reading books, magazines or materials in English would have been welcoming and a pleasant distraction. |
